216 Tavistock Ave is a full-scale remodel located just moments from UCLA, taken down to the studs and rebuilt with all new structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project was approached with a focus on reworking the existing structure to create a more open, functional layout while maximizing usability within a compact footprint.

Structural modifications were implemented to achieve a clean, open floor plan, allowing the primary living spaces to flow seamlessly and connect directly to the exterior. The design emphasizes a strong indoor-outdoor relationship, using natural light and thoughtful transitions to extend the perceived scale of the home.

Every element of the rebuild was executed with the same level of coordination and intent as a ground-up project, resulting in a cohesive and well-resolved home that prioritizes efficiency, livability, and clean execution.
